Well today was my first time going to an antique shop. I have to say it was pretty cool my lady was looking at old 50's style hats and I was looking at tools and came across an old WELDERS GUIDE I thought was pretty cool. There's just something about old Tools and Manuals.

CUSTOM ENTRY DOOR

Well I did it welded two Soda Cans together.

Custom Entry Door

This is a custom Entry Door I'm building for Hard Rock Homes.
The frame is 2x4x.120 wall Rectangle Tubing. The bottom section of the door I used 10x1/8 Flat Bar and trimmed it with angle iron then Cut little diamonds out of some 4x1/8 Flat Bar and made some 3D detailed Diamonds sanded everything smooth so it looks as it is all one pc. The scrolls I hand forged outof 3/4x3/4 solid square. Everything so far is turning out nice.

Well I fixed it without blowing myself up ha. Turned out pretty bitchin if I don't say so my self. Used aluminum mig gun for this application and it worked awesome.

So do you think this made a big boom sure looks like it the owner of this pontoon boat had someone else weld it up. They must not of checked to see if the fuel cell in the back was leaking gas they got about an 1" weld and it blew up. I would of shit my pants haha. Hear are some pics before I fix it. Hopefully the out come is a little different.
