The frame is 2x4x.120 wall Rectangle Tubing. The bottom section of the door I used 10x1/8 Flat Bar and trimmed it with angle iron then Cut little diamonds out of some 4x1/8 Flat Bar and made some 3D detailed Diamonds sanded everything smooth so it looks as it is all one pc. The scrolls I hand forged outof 3/4x3/4 solid square. Everything so far is turning out nice.
